PelviCare LLC (“PelviCare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and safeguard personal information when you access or use our website, mobile application, subscription services, and related features (collectively, the “Platform”).
PelviCare operates as a consumer wellness and educational platform. We do not provide medical services and do not create medical records.
For purposes of this Policy, “personal information” includes “consumer health data” and “sensitive personal information” where applicable under state law.
PelviCare collects personal information reasonably necessary and proportionate to operate the Platform and provide subscription-based educational services. We may collect the following categories of information:

PelviCare does not use quiz responses for medical diagnosis or treatment purposes.
Quiz responses are processed algorithmically to recommend educational content pathways.
Quiz responses:
Are not reviewed by healthcare providers for clinical decision-making; Do not create a medical record; Are not used to provide individualized treatment; Are not retained beyond the period reasonably necessary to generate programming recommendations and maintain system integrity, unless required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. PelviCare does not use automated processing to make decisions that produce legal, financial, medical, or similarly significant effects concerning users.
PelviCare is not a healthcare provider delivering medical services through the Platform and does not bill insurance.
Accordingly, PelviCare is not acting as a “covered entity” under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) in connection with Platform activities.
Information submitted through the Platform is not protected health information under HIPAA.
Users should not submit medical records, diagnostic reports, or protected health information through the Platform.
We use personal information to:
Provide access to subscription services; Process payments; Recommend educational programming; Improve Platform functionality; Communicate with users; and Maintain security and prevent fraud. PelviCare does not sell personal information.
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of service providers:
Payment processors; Hosting providers; Analytics providers; and Customer service vendors. PelviCare requires service providers to process personal information solely for the purpose of providing contracted services and prohibits further use or disclosure except as required by law.
PelviCare does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise monetize personal information.
PelviCare retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records.
Consumer health quiz responses are not retained beyond the period reasonably necessary to generate programming recommendations and maintain system integrity, unless required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backup system constraints.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information.
However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

This Addendum applies solely to consumers residing in the State of Washington and is incorporated into the PelviCare Privacy Policy.
A. Scope
This Addendum applies to “Consumer Health Data” as defined under the Washington My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373), to the extent such data is collected through the PelviCare Platform.
B. Categories of Consumer Health Data Collected
PelviCare may collect the following categories of consumer health data:
Information regarding pelvic floor symptoms Urinary or fecal incontinence information Pelvic pain information Pregnancy or postpartum status Perimenopause, menopause, or postmenopause status Bone health information Wellness-related questionnaire responses This data is voluntarily provided by users through quizzes and wellness tools.
C. Purpose of Collection
Consumer health data is collected solely for the purpose of:
Algorithmically directing users to appropriate educational programming categories; Improving user experience; Providing access to subscription-based educational content. PelviCare does not use consumer health data to:
Provide medical diagnosis; Provide individualized treatment; Create medical records; Engage in medical decision-making; Target advertising based on medical conditions.
D. Sharing of Consumer Health Data
PelviCare does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise monetize consumer health data.
PelviCare may share consumer health data only with service providers that assist in operating the Platform, including:
Hosting providers Payment processors Analytics providers Such service providers are contractually required to maintain confidentiality and appropriate security safeguards.
PelviCare does not share consumer health data with third parties for targeted advertising.
E. Consumer Rights Under Washington Law
Washington consumers have the right to:
Confirm whether PelviCare is collecting consumer health data about them; Access such data; Request deletion of consumer health data; Withdraw consent to collection or sharing of consumer health data. PelviCare may verify identity before fulfilling requests.
PelviCare will respond to verified requests within the timeframe required under applicable law.

F. Deletion of Consumer Health Data
Upon a verified deletion request, PelviCare will delete consumer health data from its systems, subject to:
Legal retention requirements; Operational necessity for subscription records; Backup system limitations.
G. Geofencing
PelviCare does not use geofencing technology to identify or target individuals based on visits to healthcare facilities or medical service providers.
H. Security Safeguards
PelviCare implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect consumer health data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

J. Conflict of Policy
In the event of a conflict between this Privacy Policy and this state-specific notice, the state-specific notice shall control with respect to residents of that state.

This Notice supplements the PelviCare Privacy Policy and applies solely to residents of the State of California pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”).

G. Non-Discrimination

Certain state laws may classify certain quiz responses as consumer health data.
We collect such information solely for the purpose of directing users to general educational content.
We do not use this information for advertising related to medical conditions.

Users are solely responsible for information they voluntarily disclose in livestream sessions, community discussions, or chat features. PelviCare does not control or monitor all user-generated content and cannot guarantee confidentiality of information voluntarily disclosed in public or semi-public features of the Platform.
The Platform is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
We use cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies to improve functionality and user experience. Users may control cookies through browser settings.
Third-party analytics providers may use cookies or similar technologies to collect usage information on our behalf.
Where required under applicable law, PelviCare processes personal information based on one or more of the following legal bases: user consent, performance of a contract, legitimate business interests, and compliance with legal obligations.

This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by PelviCare through the Platform. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices, policies, or content of any third-party websites or services.
If you choose to access any third-party links or services, you do so at your own risk and are subject to the privacy policies and terms of those third parties.
PelviCare does not endorse and is not responsible for the data collection, security practices, or content of third-party providers.
We encourage users to review the privacy policies of any third-party services before providing personal information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
This Section 19 applies solely to individuals located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland (“EU Data Subjects”).
In the event of a conflict between this Section 19 and any other provision of this Privacy Policy, this Section 19 shall control with respect to EU Data Subjects only.
PelviCare LLC is the data controller responsible for processing personal data collected through the Platform.
For EU Data Subjects, we process personal data under the following legal bases:

Certain quiz responses may constitute “special category personal data” under Article 9 of the GDPR, including information relating to health.
We process such data solely on the basis of your explicit consent and solely for the purpose of directing you to general educational programming.

EU Data Subjects have the right to:
